You are solely responsible for the setup, operation, and dismantling of your booth, including any equipment, displays, and signage.

You release the event organizers from any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during or as a result of your participation at the event.

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the schedule, location, and layout.
